Return Policy
|
Returns of General Merchandise
|
|
Stock items may be returned within 30 days of receipt for a refund less shipping
charges. Shipping charges are not refundable. No products will be accepted for returns
after 30 days of receipt. Special order items and installed products may not be returned.
To return any product, you must obtain a Return Goods Authorization(RGA) number from Republic.
For an RGA number, please call our customer service department at 1-800-696-3900 or fill
out the form located here. Returns without an RGA number may be refused
and/or subject to a 50% restocking charge. Returns will be processed within 2-4 business days.

Acceptable Products for Return
|
|
All products must be in thier original packaging and in resellable condition. The original
packaging must contain all items and parts that originally came with the item. Items returned
with missing parts will be refused. Special order items may not be returned. Installed items
may not be returned unless the product is defective.

Defective Products
|
|
Republic must be notified about defective products within 14 days of reciept. Republic will
be happy to replace any defective product with a new product promptly. Defective products
should be returned to Republic as soon as possible. When we ship the new item to you,
we will charge you for the item if we haven't recieved the defective item back. You will be
credited the price of the item plus shipping charges associated with the replacement when the
defective item has been recieved and inspected by Republic. No claims for labor will be accepted
by Republic.

Warranties
|

If a product has failed under the manufacturer warranty, please contact Republic as soon as
possible so we can inform the manufacturer. There are different policies for each manufacturer
that must be honored to replace the product. Republic will inform you on what the manufacturer
requests to honor the warranty. Where applicable, Republic will replace any product that has
failed under the manufacturer warranty. The failed product must be shipped back to Republic as
soon as possible. Republic will charge and ship a replacement to you. Once we recieve the
warrantied item, the item will be shipped back to the manufacturer for inspection. Once Republic
recieves credit from the manufacturer, we will then send you a credit for the price of the replacement.
Shipping charges will not be refunded. No claims for labor will be accepted.

Shipping Discrepancies
|
|
Damaged material and shipping discrepancies must be reported within 48 hours of reciept. If you
have recieved incorrect products, please notify Republic within 48 hours and ship the wrong
item(s) back to us. Upon reciept of the incorrect item, Republic will ship the correct item and
pay for the shipping cost. After 48 hours, a 15% resocking fee will be applied and Republic will
not pay for any shipping cost. If you have ordered the wrong product, please notify Republic
within 48 hours of reciept. The customer will be responsible for all shipping costs and are
subject to a 15% restocking fee. Please refuse delivery of any product that has obvious damage and
notify Republic immediately.

Cancellations
|
|
You may cancel your order for any reason and recieve a full refund provided your order has not been
shipped. Please contact Republic's customer service department to be advised if your item(s) have
been shipped. Once an item is shipped, we can not cancel your order. The order can be returned and
is subject to a 15% restocking charge and shipping fees. Special order items may not be canceled.

Return Shipments
|
Republic will not be responsible for returns lost or damaged in transit. It is the customer's responsability
to pack the products in thier original box with sufficient packaging material.
