SHIPPING POLICY

Republic Plumbing Supply Co. works hard to make sure you have your product when you need it. However, there are some events that may delay shipping of some items. Below you will find an outline of our shipping policies.

ORDER PROCESSING & SHIPPING
All orders are processed within 1 business day. However, there are some orders that may be delayed. Shipping time relies on product availability and the type of shipping carrier. Products shipped via UPS or Republic's delivery truck will be shipped within 48 hours. Shipment by other carriers may be delayed up to 2 weeks. Special order products rely on the manufacturer for availability. Republic has multiple warehouses. Products on your order may be is stock in different warehouses. Therefore, your order may come in multiple packages.

OVERNIGHT SHIPPING
Orders that require overnight shipping will ship the same day if ordered before 10:30am as long as the item(s) are in stock at a UPS shipping branch. UPS ships out of our Norwood, Grafton and Quincy branches. If ordered after the 10:30am cutoff time, item(s) will be shipped the next business day. Item(s) not in stock at a UPS shipping branch require an additional business day to arrive at a shipping branch. Once shipped, Republic is not responsible for delays on behalf of the carrier.

SHIPPING DISCREPANCIES
Damaged material and shipping discrepancies must be reported within 48 hours of reciept. If you have recieved incorrect products, please notify Republic within 48 hours and ship the wrong item(s) back to us. Upon reciept of the incorrect item, Republic will ship the correct item and pay for the shipping cost. After 48 hours, a 15% resocking fee will be applied and Republic will not pay for any shipping cost. If you have ordered the wrong product, please notify Republic within 48 hours of reciept. The customer will be responsible for all shipping costs and are subject to a 15% restocking fee. Republic is not responsible for damage incurred after leaving our facility by third-party shippers. To report missing items, the customer must call or email the customer service department within 48 hours of delivery.

SHIPMENTS BY REPUBLIC TRUCK
In stock products being shipped by our truck will usually ship within 48 hours. All orders shipped by our truck are TAILGATE DELIVERY ONLY. Please have sufficent help available during delivery for heavy items. If no one is present during delivery, we will leave your order at the address location provided by the customer. Republic will not be responsible for your order if there is no one present at time of delivery.

ORDER STATUS & TRACKING
Republic will provide email updates regarding your order status. A tracking number will be provided, if applicable, once the order ships. Your order may contain multiple tracking numbers if your order was shipped in multiple boxes from more than one warehouse. Order and tracking status on orders being shpped by the manufacturer will be provided once we recieve shipping status from the manufacturer.

EXPIDITED ORDERS
To expidite an order, please call 1-800-696-3900 to inquire about product lead time and availability. In stock items may be available to ship immediately. Special order items may be expidited from the manufacturer if the product is available. There may be an additional fee to expidite an order.
